PDS Assignment Confirmation Report

Upon receiving a signing request, PDS will confirm your pre-set appointment or will set an appointment at your borrowers convenience. We will then assign our notary giving you shipping instructions. All information can be accessed online at http://www.pacdocsonline.com; email or faxed, customized to your particular needs. Every client will have their own personal live contact.

PDS Reporting

Our customers will have complete access detailing loan status.

Our customers will have disposition of every open assignment.

Our customers will have tracking numbers for every loan.

Our customers can access daily, weekly, monthly or any time frame, detailing production, agent by agent or department. We can virtually customize any request to enhance your needs.

Expenses

Pacific Document Services, Inc. (PDS) considers fees for regular service to include document signing at any location of the 48 Continental United States and the District of Columbia. The following activities are included in our standard service.

1. The scheduling of borrower signing appointments.
2. Traveling to and meeting with borrowers at a time and place of their convenience.
3. Reviewing and explaining loan terms, collection of additional required documents (Subject To, etc.)
4. The proper identification of all individuals party to the transaction described by the assigned documents,
5. The legal notarization of all signatures, where required, and the permanent Maintenance of legal and proper evidence of each signature as part of each Notary Public Associates Official Journal.
6. Arrangements for delivery of completed document package to Lender, Escrow Office or Loan Broker using Client paid for and specified delivery service.
7. Volume discounts are available.
